It depends on you. Contaminated items must be disposed of for safety reasons. Valuable items and keepsakes that had no contact with contamination are disinfected by us and returned to the family.
We act discreetly. Our employees are trained not to provide information to third parties. We strive to carry out the process so it’s not bothersome to the surroundings, and staircase disinfection is often included in the price to ensure comfort for neighbors.
Yes. We issue full documentation (VAT Invoice + Disinfection Protocol), which is the basis for claiming reimbursement from the deceased’s insurance policy or home insurance.
Absolutely not. For safety reasons (use of strong chemicals and ozone), we actually advise against staying in the premises. You can hand us the keys and pick up a clean, safe apartment.
We are flexible. We accept payments by cash, bank transfer, and BLIK. For clients from abroad, to facilitate settlements, we also accept payments in foreign currencies (EUR, USD). Of course, we issue an invoice for every service performed.
Standardly, payment takes place after completion of work and your approval – we do not collect deposits for typical orders. For very large, multi-stage projects, we may ask for a deposit towards logistical costs. We also offer flexible solutions, such as remote payment after receiving photo documentation.
Yes. We always prefer personal acceptance of work so you can see the result with your own eyes. However, for remote orders (for clients from abroad or other cities), providing full “before and after” photo documentation is our standard. We send photos as we go, giving you full control over the progress of the work.
